This product is a 3D print. It's normal to find a texture on the surface of the piece due to the 3D printer layering. However, this texture does not pose any risk to the physical integrity or properties of the part. We use PETG filament to print these parts, which provides a lot more strength than conventional PLA. Rest assured that your parts will be able to withstand the normal every-day use.
The estimated processing time after ordering is 1 to 3 days. After that, the order should be arriving to your door from 5 days to 2 weeks after the parcel departure, depending on the distance.
